I purchased a bank owned foreclosure home with Joshua and he made it a breeze. Joshua is upfront, honest, highly efficient & intelligent, and offers a great value. If you need a white shoe law firm with fancy offices and a lot of hand holding he may not be your guy. But if you want fast, efficient, trustworthy service at a more than fair price I don’t think you’ll find better. He was my kind of lawyer.

I highly recommend Joshua for any closing or real estate transaction. Joshua managed all aspects of the closing including communicating with and coordinating all parties for the final closing. In spite of some confusion on the other side the final closing a was a simple one hour process. Couldn't be more pleased with Joshua, Thank you!

We contacted Joshua in the middle of the night expecting to hear back in a day or two. Less than an hour he responded back and got the ball rolling with us. That surprised me and I am very grateful for his service and expertise. We will use him again and 5 stars is not enough for the service he gave us.

I could not have chosen a better attorney to represent me in the sale of my home and purchase of another. Attorney Gilman kept my informed of what was going on at all times. What a legend! Super quick (almost immediate) responses to all emails, available over the phone when you need it (though we didn't need to much), efficient, proficient and facilitating the closing on our home in less than 5 weeks. Couldn't be happier with the service and price.

Highly recommended!!! The closing of our house was very chaotic (Do Not use Citibank), but attorney Gilman went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth and i am so glad he was the one representing us , and also very reasonable with his fees. Search no more, his the man to go to.

Joshua is the best real estate attorney I have ever worked with. He takes ownership of the deal and would think every possible things that could ever happen during your close. You will never worry about not getting a prompt response for your questions because Joshua responds to your inquiries in 1 minute. Joshua is an excellent lawyer to represent you. You want him on your side. We closed on the sale of the our condo and closed as well on a house we bought in Stamford the same day. He was very patient in answering all our questions and concerns. He is very professional. All papers were signed and keys to our new house in our hands in an hour!! I highly recommend him!
