Attorney Gilman is your go-to for Fairfield County real estate lawyer needs. My fiance and I first went to him when we were looking at a house in Norwalk. He was very helpful and answered a few questions that we had, at no cost to us. That deal fell through, but because he was so welcoming and helpful the first time around, we went back to him once we found another property in Stamford. Mr. Gilman is readily available, answers all your questions, and is there for you along the way in your house buying/selling process. The best part is that he doesn't charge per hour and has a set fee. Highly recommend!
