I contacted CT Title and Escrow after searching for an attorney to handle our purchase in Fairfield County CT from NJ. The flat rate idea seemed too good to be true and as an attorney myself I admit I was a bit skeptical. I was impressed with Joshua's professionalism and timeliness in keeping us informed throughout the process. He explained everything at closing and there were no surprises. He has solid knowledge of the process and laws from beginning to end. His rate cannot be beat and he delivers top rate service to his clients. highly recommended!
