I was at a low time in my life falling behind on debt. This person charged me $800.00. To sit in on one phone call. He did not even speak up on my behalf nor did he help me prepare for my case. Left me with an unreasonably high garnished wage and on the verge of living in the streets. I called him later about the help he did not provide. He felt he did enough and I should pay him more to go further. I wish I could have sued him for lack of support as my attorney.

Attorney Foster is knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about assisting his clients. His advice is top notch relative to consumer credit and business matters.

Instead of paying $1,150 to a collection company I received $7,800! Attorney Foster helped me resolved an auto lease debt. Several years ago I returned an end of lease Toyota and drove out the same day with a newer model. The salesman called me the next day and told me the 3 rear headrests were missing from the end of lease car I returned. Even though I was going to return them the next day I was told it was too late, the car had already been sent to the auto auction. 6 months later I got a letter from a collection company that demanded I pay them $1,150 for the 3 headrests; I refused. I contacted Attorney Foster to represent me. He determined the collection company was not licensed in CT and I received $3,900 from the collection company to not counter sue them! 9 months went by and another collection company contacted me; this time they were licensed in CT. During many correspondences, after the collection company knew I was represented by an attorney, they sent me a 25 pages settlement agreement..bypassing my attorney. I settled this for another $3,900 payment from the second collection company. So instead of paying $1,150 to a collection company I received $7,800, less well earned attorney fees! Attorney Foster is clearly very knowledgable about consumer debt law.

Eric provided me counsel around how to manage a $10K balance that was due to a debt collector. He was able to quickly take inventory of the situation and advise on my best legal recourse. I appreciate most that he was honest in his consultation - he encouraged me to not partake in any litigation and contact the owner of the debt directly. I followed his advice and was able to avert paying the remaining balance and ultimately was able to get the debt “settled as paid”.

He is an awesome attorney that will fight for his clients. My personal experience is that he is the most honest and caring person. He always had my back and I could keep my life on course and sleep at night.

They initially told me that they wanted my business correcting my bogus credit reports and credit ratings. Then, a week later the secretary changes her mind without giving a legitimate reason! Unbelievable!
