This lawyer Rashmi Patel would only take doller work from people, then when she would come, no one would come and no work would go to Rashmi Patel, just give her a doller, I was able to trust her and I spoke He came and gave her the fees, then she showed her true color when the date was when she did not come. It is better to go to another lawyer than this.

Rashmi came to my rescue when I needed a lawyer at the last minute. She gathered all my support documents which helped in my defense. If it wasn't for her prompt services I would be deported now, she was very attentive, always returned text messages and or calls. She was recommended by another great lawyer and I am glad I hired her for my case as I am now at home with my family. We are very grateful to her services and support. I highly recommend Rashmi for your immigration case.

A complete disappointment. I don't recommend her to anyone. My family and I were treated with the upmost disrespect even while we paided her a good amount of money. She was very nonchalant, non caring, instead of focusing on her client she was more so focused on other issues. She doesn't know what she's doing as an immgritation lawyer. I don't want anyone to go through what me and my family had to endure. Not sure why these people aren't telling the truth as far as her ability to work but it's not true. If you want a better outcome..I advise you to find another immgriation lawyer that doesn't only care about the money but cares about your case as well; she's not a great fit.

I was looking for good immigration lawyer who could help me out to adjust my status and one of my friend recommended me to Rashmi N Patel. I still remember first day when i meet her I was really worried about my situation but she told me don't worry we will give our best to help you out. She and her assistant Karen are very professional. They were very helpful though out the process and who made this whole complex process a smooth walk. She also answer phone calls on weekends and squeeze me into schedule whenever and whatever time i asked her. I would strongly recommend her. Rashmi was recommended to me through a colleague. She was great from start to end. I did not retain her until very late in this process and she was nothing but helpful the entire time. Answering my calls late into the evening and never going a day without returning my call. Rashmi battled through thick and thin and attained my employee a withholding of removal when every other lawyer told me not to waste my time or money. Rashmi was always willing to go bat for me and for the client. She truly was a friend and a fantastic attorney. I would not recommend any other attorney for any immigration related matters. If you want a fighting chance I strongly suggest you give her a call.
