Before moving to the USA from Argentina my husband and I met with several immigration lawyers. With President Trump new in office, many lawyers seemed to be unsure of what would happen and made us seriously doubt our decision to move to the US. Later my cousin recommended Rashmi and Karen. Quickly after meeting with them our minds were put at ease. Rashmi and her team are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. My only regret is not meeting with Rashmi sooner. We spent a lot of money during initial consultations with other lawyers in Fairfield County. Rashmi was by far the most affordable lawyer we found in the area as well as the most well-equipped for the job. I'm honest when saying that my husband and I were very anxious throughout the entire green card process as it can seem daunting at times. I sent countless numbers of emails and text messages to Rashmi (including on the weekends) expressing our worries or doubts and I ALWAYS received a response in a timely manner. She is honest, trustworthy and will guide you through the process until the very end. I recommend her to everyone we meet who is about to begin or currently going through the green card process. If you choose to work with her and her team, you will not be disappointed.

I have worked with Attorney Rashmi and her office for approximately 6 years. She helped me with a very complicated case. She knew I was very scared and was very intimidated by Immigration. I was married and she helped me through the marriage based process and after got me my citizenship . It was difficult with the amount of requests made by Immigration, however, she was able to get the job done.

no stars for this dishonest, deceitful, fast talking crook

I have never experienced a more unprepared, disorganized, and incompetent professional. Her practices are far from ethical and I would highly recommend never using her. Once paid in full, we never heard from her. We received information on our judgement via a different attorney... judgement was 3 weeks ago and Rashmi has yet to make an attempt to contact us. We have had to retain a new attorney to appeal this judgement as well as file a grievance... even the immigration judge and district attorney voiced disbelief in the way this attorney handled our case. Steer clear. I promise, she will not work for your best interest.
