Seth handled our foreclosure professionally, with patience and understanding. There were times when we thought we would lose our home but Seth kept pushing and after years we were able to stay in our home and have our children finish growing up there. Seth is a great negotiator and knows the court system and laws intimately. We are still there and happy thanks to Seth. He has also assisted us in other real estate transactions with sound, smart advice. For any foreclosure (hopefully never again) or real estate I highly recommend Seth Arnowitz.
