I was contacted by Lemberg Law more than three years ago seeking to represent me in a class action against BMW regarding a serious engine flaw in many of the luxury vehicles they sold, including to me. Having received no satisfactory solution from the local dealer (Autoplex BMW, Amarillo) I agreed to let Lemberg represent me. The attorneys told me it would be a long arduous process, that BMW would never settle and it would probably go to jury trial in federal court. The trial date was eventually set for 3/1/22, and to everyone's surprise BMW offered to settle six weeks before trial. I was very pleased with the payment I received, but especially proud to have contributed to the effort that forced BMW to cave. Lemberg's attorney was very helpful throughout the process, preparing me for a long video deposition, an in-person mediation session in Dallas (to which I had to devote two days) and otherwise providing me with status reports on the case.

Horrible communication. They advised over 8 months ago they cannot send settlement because the business filed for bankruptcy and the said business is still up and running as usual.

I reached out to Lamberg Law in Dec of 2020 regarding my case where I believed a potential employer mishandled my background check, and the background check company was negligent in handling my information. Lemberg Law took on my case for zero up front out of pocket from me, and won settlements from both the potential employer as well as the background check company. Lemberg Law was able to settle for 6 times the value of lost wages. I am extremely happy with their professionalism and willingness to help me, as well as the time frame they were able to reach settlement, which took less than 8 months. I would encourage anyone who believes an employer has mishandled information that has led to loss of wages to reach out to Lemberg, to at least see what your options are.

I was desperate for a resolution with a collections agency that was harassing me, even threatening a lawsuit. I was in contact with Lemberg law. Shared proof of the harassment.
