Amazing work! After being harassed for over a month with automated voicemails, I got in touch with Lemberg Law. All I had to do was provide a little information, the numbers, and the voicemail recordings, and they sent me a no-risk, representation agreement. A few weeks later, they called me with a settlement agreement from the company who now agreed to pay me, pay Lemberg’s legal fees, and stop harassing me.

Had an insurance company that wouldn't stop texting after many "stops". Lemberg Law took care of everything and I got a settlement. Great communications, great service. Definitely recommend.

If i could give no stars i would. I had an SMS case I started my case in 2020. They were very unresponsive in regards to my case. I always had to reach out to check the status on the case. It took MONTHS for them to get in contact with the others legal counsel and when i asked about it they told me they had difficulty getting in contact with the right people. Now here comes a month or so in 2021 finally got in contact with the other legal counsel ( once again i had to reach out and believe me i was frustrated but i thought they were going to at least retrieve something so i told myself to be patient). Here comes April and they send me a letter the law changed and they are no longer pursuing the matter. I don't know when the law changed but i feel my time was wasted. Smh i would not recommend. Just an update: i received a call from counsel ( of course after i write a review) and was basically told the law changed in april. I explained it was the non communication which was the issue not the case i understand things are updated. I was told they understand and apologize. However most people don't want calls and updates saying they are working on a case. Really? So how am i to know you are working on the case after 4 months then 6 months pass. Then i was told hopefully i will edit my review. So all in all you are worried about this review, which is why i received such response as noted below. Once again it was not the end result it was the non factor communication unless i reached out or as i see wrote a review on my personal experience. The least you could have done is acknowledge my complaint online instead of trying to make it seem im upset about a result. That response was just insulting. I would recommend apologize and just do better next time instead of blaming the fault on the case. Smh

SMS stop wasn't honored by a bill collector. Over 23 times. Lemberg did take care of it and I was awarded a settlement. Most communication was done over email and I am in a different state so it worked out. I feel there should have been a little more communication. The percentage was a little high however the agreement was black and white. They do not have money transfer options and they charge for overnight. I feel at 40% they could have paid the overnight.

I called Lemberg Law regarding a collections harassment case back around 2012. Dealt with the same, kind attorney throughout my entire case, which ended up being quite extensive. They made me feel very informed and knowledgeable and gave me my power back. It turned out the agency was a well-documented FDCPA and FCRA violator, but not many people had actually followed through on suing them. So, aside from online testimonials from strangers, my attorney really had no reference of them. Boy, did that change!? The collections agency not only called many times daily, but outside of legal hours for collections calls. They were ridiculously rude, deceitful, and downright nasty during the calls. Thanks to the guidance from my attorney at Lemberg Law, most of those calls were documented and recorded. After my initial inquiry with Lemberg, they mailed me a complimentary packet with a ton of information, log records sheets, etc. That was whether or not they took my case. A truly rare find in decency these days. Once they agreed to take my case, they were great with contacting me right away, guiding me through the mess, which I ended up needing a lot of, and never made me feel like just another case number to file away. The collections agency continued to call despite me telling them I had legal representation and demanding they stop calling me directly. So, my attorney sent a Cease and Desist Notice to the address they had given and had on record. It was certified mail and was returned, because the address was a FAKE! My attorney and I couldn’t believe it! It was the address to an unrelated and tiny suite on the second floor of a bank! And the bank had no idea who the agency was, either! Needless to say, the case was a slam dunk. I received a $1,000 check for my portion(the max), and my collections account was even removed! Lemberg Law was my saving grace during that time. It was so bad I would be afraid to answer my phone when it rang. Legitimately afraid. And I never knew what number they were calling from. I highly recommend Lemberg Law and will always be grateful that they took my case and treated me with consideration, compassion, and dignity.

About two months ago, a debt collection agency started harassing me based on outdated account information from a creditor. The debt collector would call me several times a day and leave a message, but she would not identify herself, her agency, nor the creditor. At the beginning I thought that the calls were scam calls, so I did not call her back. However, the calls persisted and increased in frequency. I talked to a couple of local attorneys, but they wouldn’t take my case. I searched the internet and found the website of Lemberg Law, LLC. I checked their BBB reviews and I learnt that they take cases similar to mine and they have an excellent record in handling them. I called Lemberg Law and I provided them with the debt collector phone number and recordings of her messages from my voicemail. Lemberg Law responded the same day and they offered to sue the debt collection agency on my behalf at no cost to me. I signed a contract with Lemberg Law and they got to work immediately on my case. The next time the debt collector called me while I was having dinner, I told her that I am being represented by Lemberg Law. The debt collector never called me again! I was very pleased with this outcome. About a week ago, I was surprised with an early Christmas present from Lemberg Law. Attorney Jody Burton informed me that they have reached a settlement with the debt collection agency. All in all, Lemberg Law were professional in handling my case from the beginning to end without charging me any costs and I did not even have to appear in any court. I highly recommend Lemberg Law for cases similar to mine or any other case types they list in their website.
