I was getting robo collection calls on my cell for a person who i didnt know.i had24 pages of screen shots. Contacted lemberg in september ish and by December they had a substantial settlement. More then what i make in a year. I highly recommend them

Well been using the call blocker app for over a year. I haven't been contacted about any of the processes. No Bill collection companies thank God. But scammers and telemarketing companies. Getting frustrated with them call all the time and hear nothing for the law firm

Misleading client and mismanaging settlement funds. Sent me a check only to find out the day of, there was a stop payment on check. New check was sent out, only to be 1,000 dollars short. No one from Lemberg Law has called to explain the difference. Attorney Alex said he would call me, but he went on vacation and left it for someone else to handle. Very unprofessional. Meanwhile they over charged me and can care less, but that OK. I will have CBA investigate this for me, since no one from your office wont to give me a explanation.

During my first semester of college, I was constantly getting peppered by debt collection calls for someone I didn't even know. I contacted Lemberg Law, and they more than took care of it. They called the collection agency and demanded that they stop calling me. Well, that agency made the mistake of calling me once more. Lemberg's lawyers and paralegals were on it instantly, and after two weeks, I got a text informing me I had received a $9000 settlement (!!!). This was only after sending a couple of screenshots and basic info to Lemberg Law. Thank you Lemberg Law!

From my initial contact with Lemberg Law, I knew I contacted the right law firm, truly PROFESSIONAL!!!! When I spoke to Tim Minor he informed me that I had the type of case that Lemberg Law would handle so, I hired them to handle the case. My attorney, Jody Burton and her paralegal, Olga are just FANTASTIC PEOPLE!!! TRULY OUTSTANDING. They were VERY COMPASSIONATE with the circumstances involved when I was being called by the robo caller. I learned that the company that was calling, called my cellphone over 300 times. I had requested them to STOP, but they continued. I had seen a segment on ABC World News and was shocked, they had a very similar story on involving robo calls and Lemberg Law was that client's attorney. I figured what do I have to lose. I contacted Lemberg Law, the next day. The calls STOPPED after contacting them, that in itself was a BLESSING. The calls that were made to my cellphone, clogged my voicemail, they would call multiple times a day and with doing that, cost me overtime pay and lose of wages. But with what I do for a living, it put my safety at risk. The calls came from all different area codes, some I recognized, so I would answer them, only to hear the recorded message. The other thing, every call they would make, I had to pay for, since I pay for all outgoing and incoming calls, texts, and voicemails. I can go on how the calls created a hardship for me, but I will end here and say the following: IN MY EYES LEMBERG LAW'S PERSONEL IS TOP NOTCH!!!!! I MEAN THAT VERY SINCERELY. IT WAS TRULY A PLEASURE TO MEET JODY BURTON PERSONNALY, I HOPE TO MEET THE WHOLE STAFF PERSONALLY SOME DAY TO THANK THEM!!!! AGAIN, TIM MINOR, OLGA, AND JODY BURTON WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH!!! I was getting multiple phone calls a day on my cell phone from a collection company that just kept harassing me even after I told them verbally to quit calling me, they also started to call my parents and discussed my debt with them. Jody Burton was able to get me a settlement and have the debt eliminated. Lemberg Law is definitely worth the call as the phone calls have stopped, the debt has been eliminated and I have a little cash in my pocket.

I was being harassed by a debt collection company, and I was trying to pay the bill. They called day and night over and over, not even caring about what time of night it was.
