The attorneys are very good at what they do in this office. However, I do not feel that I was fought for hard enough due to the fact that the defendant violated Federal Law. Because I signed an arbitration agreement (with no option to opt out), they went off of this, and would not take it to court. Once this got handled, and everything was done, a check was sent to their office last week and has been sitting there a whole week not being processed. When I called on it today, the excuse that I heard is that they have to wait for the check to clear, then process my portion and I have to wait on the mail. I asked over and over again if it could be sent overnight, and was told they don't have a way of doing that, which is BS because they are a large law firm. My next harassment will be re-evaluated before I consider bringing my business back to Lemberg Law.

I came across Lemberg's website while searching for debt collector that was doing non stop calling at home and at my job, despite requesting them not to. I called Lemberg to find out if they could get them to stop calling me. Jody Burton called me back and reported that she was in contact with them and would get back to me. 3 days later, I get a call that, not only have they agreed to stop calling, they are dropping collection, paying Lemberg's legal fee, and I am receiving a monetary return as well. I was being harassed by a debt collection that was not my own. I asked them to stop calling me repeatedly. I was using a call app on my phone to report these calls. One day this lawfirm contacted me and let me know that I had a case. About 9 months later I received a settlement and no more harassing calls! Would definitely recommend them!

Lemburg Law stopped a company from harassing me and I mean quick not only that but they got me a settlement from the company for my pain and suffering these lawyers are on it and do a great job if you have someone harassing you please give them a call and they will put a stop to it immediately.. Lemberg Law sued a couple of companies for me that were calling me for someone else's debt, another unauthorized caller, no long dragged out court case, the case was settled less than a few months, I'm very satisfied, thanks Lemberg Law.

Lemberg Law has come through for a 3rd time for me with my biggest payday, though be it unexpected yet. I was getting all kinds of calls, 10+ a day, from a creditor who I told them on several occasions that one call a day was sufficient. I kept getting robocalled by the creditor. Thanks to Jody Burton for her hard work on this one. I though by law I was only entitled to the max of $1500 as by law. She told me about another law that maximized by settlement as a per call settlement which made it in the 10s of thousands!! Hats of to Lemberg Law and Jody!! You rock even more now!!

Lemberg Law sued a collecions agency that was calling me due to a debt of my daughter. They had called me repetitively over a period of about nine months to a year.
