I have used Daniel in a workers comp case once before and he did amazing. I was injured again and denied workers comp once again and this time the battle lasted 2 years! Daniel fought like a soldier to get me everything that I needed. He always communicated with me and kept me in the loop about everything. He always gave me great advice. I wanted to give up and he told me to keep fighting and I put my complete trust in him. He was more than my lawyer, he was my therapist, he became a friend! When I was overwhelmed with situation he always reassured me. He put much effort into my case. I’ve never had to wonder about anything. He took care of it all. If you need a lawyer, I’m telling you!!
