From the courteous receptionists to the professional lawyers, I received excellent service from everybody at Lemon Law Experts. I had a brand new manual 6-speed car that had mechanical issues within the first month of purchase. I took the car to dealer I purchased it at for repair. The dealers service department manager verified the problem and had no solution. He then raised the issue to the car's manufacturer. After multiple trips back to the dealer at the request of the manufacturer the problem was never resolved but they sent me on my way with a defective vehicle. So I contacted the Lemon Law Experts and with the hard work of the lawyers I received more than just the buy-back amount and the outcome was better than I expected and I couldn't be more happy with their work, professionalism and expertise. I was referred to this law firm by Godsey/Martin (Ijustgothit.com). They didn’t want to do what was necessary to take my case to trial if need be. This man; Mr. Presutti gave me is direct cell number, told me that he promises to never get more than his client, and that I can call anytime. Everything he said came true. There is on other person I would trust more than Mr. Presutti to handle any litigation for me. He took care of me on all fronts. If I called, he answered; if he didn’t answer, he called me right back. I mean he does things unexpected of attorneys.

Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.

I had a tax situation which I tried to find help in resolving. I was in debt of $84,000 to the IRS. I found many companies who took a retainer and did absolutely nothing for me except take my money. The moments I called attorney Robert Gindel office, it was a pleasure and a relief to have the office on the line. From the start everyone there was very helpful. I was nervous but after speaking to them my mind was at ease. They even assured me that everything was going to be fine and I wouldn't have anything to have to pay. I really try not to be a “Karen” the best I can, but with this place having such great reviews, I was astounded by how absolutely rude the lady was that answered the phone. She spoke over me, cut me off continuously, and had some of the worst communication skills I have encountered. I realize a job like this can be tasking, but a little kindness goes a long way, and that woman had absolutely none. I had my call on speaker phone, and even my 13 year old daughter who overheard it all was appalled by the way she handled my call. Probably a great company, but whoever is handling calls could use a hug, and possibly a recap on how to be nice to people.
