I was referred to Shin Law Group and Jonathan through a family member that was actually sued by his group due to a car accident (they got 25k for a SCRATCH against my family member) and boy am I happy to say, that things were as smooth as they come using their firm. From personal experience handling a car accident ESPECIALLY against a driver who has no insurance or minimum insurance, I can't recommend getting a lawyer enough. And what a team Shin Law Group has. From quick referrals to chiropractors and other forms of pain management, quick responses by phone and a clear explanation of how things go down after an accident with insurance, look no further than Shin Law Group. I was rear ended back in October 23 and immediately searched for an attorney from a car enthusiast group and was recommended Jonathan from several people. This is the first time I had been in an accident but I already knew I didn't want to deal with insurance or the other party. Jonathan gave me a call the next day and explained the complete process. Richard is a good lawyer, very knowledgeable and even helped sue a few companies on my behalf. He is willing to work with his clients and advocate with the trustee. The only bad thing is his office staff some need a course in business etiquette and some of them don't know what the other is doing however Richard himself is skilled and knowledgeable.

We sought legal advice from Mr Hartley when our mother unexpectedly fell and had to be placed into a skilled nursing facility. When it became apparent that she would be unable physically to return to her home, we had to quickly determine our options for paying for her long term care. We were at a complete loss as to how to navigate the paperwork and process of the DSS system. Mr Hartley was a godsend to us. If you are a nurse/nursing student with any kind of legal issue at all you need to call this man. Not only did I get my nursing license before some of my peers, its unrestricted and I did not have to enter into any monitoring program. We had an initial consultation on a Saturday morning over the phone and he explained exactly what was going to happen and what I had to do. I'm not sure if Rich ever sleeps, he was sending emails to the board for me at 5 in the morning. He texts back almost immediately and makes himself available to take calls anytime. I would have lost the job I had lined up and my career would have been significantly impacted had I not hired Rich. I can't thank him and Jessica enough.

After getting into some legal trouble - the nursing board wanted to suspend my license. I reached out to Rich immediately the day of and he held my hand through the whole process.
Rich was always responsive the same day usually within 2 hours or less. Communication is everything and I never felt I was left hanging for answers. I felt supported through the whole process.

My son informed me of his dilemma regarding a ticket he received for excessive speeding while driving in a construction zone. I knew it was extremely serious and he needed legal representation. I looked up the Internet for a local attorney close to where he is attending a trade school. Originally, Kristina was contacted via e-mail, for an appointment and meeting location. She was very accessible for the date and location.
The seriousness of my son’s case would result in his license suspension, no traffic school, DMV points, and extreme fines. During the two court appearances, Kristina met with the DA’s Office to negotiate reduction of speed, no points, traffic school, lesser fines, and no license suspension.
Kristina’s interaction during the entire process was that of deep caring and a positive outlook when we were less than hopefully.
We recommend Kristina wholeheartedly without reservation. She is an honest, hard-working, trustworthy, and caring attorney.
