Just trying to find a dental malpractice lawyer in the Denver area was not easy. I got Very lucky when I reached out to Bucks office. They contacted me quickly and spent time getting to know me and my case. It wasn't all about how much money my case was worth, as other firms can be. They investigated my claims and realized pretty quickly that I had a malpractice suit. Buck and Alex were great at explaining the process and sharing the things coming to light in my records. I had relocated to a different state and they worked with my current dentists diligently to get the real story. The process can make you a little crazy (at least it did me 😁), but they worked with me to make some difficult decisions. In the end we settled, but I was able to get the money to help restore my dental health and I can't thank them enough. If you need dental malpractice help, Buck should be your choice. Don't sit in pain. If someone should pay for poor dental care, make them. Call Buck.

After my dad passed away in April 2024, my mom and I filed for Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) through the VA. Despite working with a VA liaison and following up for 10 months, we received no real updates—just that the claim was still pending. Then, my mom received a notice from the VA, which she mistakenly believed was a denial of the DIC claim. Unfortunately, even the local VA liaison misinterpreted it, causing a lot of confusion. Given that my dad’s passing was clearly linked to his disability, we realized we needed legal representation and turned to James Comerford.
From our first conversation, James took the time to listen, understand our situation, and guide us through the process. Initially, we thought we needed to file a rebuttal, but after investigating, he discovered the VA had actually misinformed us—the claim was still being processed. He assured us he would follow up, and shortly after, he called with the great news: the claim had been approved. Not only did he get us answers, but he also knew exactly when my mom would receive her benefits, including back pay.
When I asked James what we owed him, he refused payment—he was simply happy my mom received what she deserved. Even after I insisted, he suggested we make a donation to a charity instead, which we did. His generosity, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart.

My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

Recently Attorney James Stein did my Estate Planning Portfolio for me. I have had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Stein. He is very knowledgeable — experienced and detailed -- very kind and nice to his clients. I learned much about Trust and Estate Planning during the process with James. During the development of the estate planning document, we met with James on zoom meetings to make sure that the estate planning portfolio fully satisfied my needs. Throughout the entire process, James was always prompt in responding to our questions. After finalizing my Estate Plan, he gave me the document in both flash drive and paper versions with very detailed instructions on how to transfer the various funds into my Trust account. He will also follow up in a few years to see if my situation has any changes. I would highly recommend James Stein to anyone who wishes to develop an estate planning portfolio.

My uncle was dealing with a second Offense DUI and wanted legal representation. So he call the Law Offices of David Chesley for help with his case. He was assigned attorney Rafay Shahid. My uncle doesn't speak spanish so the manager Denise was there to help my uncle with any questions or concerns in spanish. Together they did a fantastic job. But that in itself gave me closure, as I've reached out to several attorneys that I was never able to speak to, never got back with me via email, text or anything. I contacted Bell Law Firm after I was referred to them, concerning a landlord tenant situation pertaining to mold mycotoxin toxicity. I was treated extremely horrible from the landlord. I lived in a water damage toxic mold apartment for 2 and 1/2 years. The landlord did absolutely nothing to help me and rectify the situation. I was so impressed with everyone at Bell Law firm! I cannot say enough about everyone that I spoke to or met with. I was referred to another attorney because of the issues with my health. The law firm felt that it was more important to address that part of my situation. I would have loved to have worked with them. I would recommend them 100%! Bell law firm listened, they were very quick responding, they were honest, they did not take my case lightly, they did their homework and researched my situation. I was fortunate to have found Paul! I tasked him with writing my prenup, and he was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had zero prior experience with marital law, and I came to him with a ton of loose ideas for what my partner and I were looking for in the document. I knew it would be a difficult task to come to an agreement between all parties, and draft a legal document that satisfied everyone’s interests, but Paul came through. Joel decided to take my $250 consultation fee to get on the phone with me and tell me he couldn’t help me nor was he familiar with the area of law I was needed help in. His information was recommended to me off the MeckBar site for the issue I needed. I sent my requested paperwork in on 8/13 and Instead of emailing me saying “Hey I can’t help with the area you need” he opted to ask me to do paid phone consultation 48 hours later for $250. Immediately upon our phone call he tells me he’s not familiar with the area of law nor would he know a defense. I asked if I would then get a refund for the consultation or lack there of. He said no.

I was so lucky to find Morgan Lake when I did. I bought a Jeep in Puyallup, Washington, drove it for 4 hours on I-90, then watched one of its wheels suddenly sheer off it at the studs. The dealership was unwilling to make things right, so I got in touch with Lake Law to understand my options.
