Sean Harrell is an extraordinary criminal defense attorney.
I had another lawyer handling my felony case for 9 months, and I was going to trial with her. The dates had all been set. It was terrifying.
I was innocent and knew I had not received proper representation.
I was referred to Sean by Bob P., who had been an Assistant DA. Sean was able to take my case, he jumped right in, and at the first hearing, he asked to start the case over. The judge agreed.
Within 3 months, Sean was able to discuss the case with the DA, point out some major problems with their case, and they came to an agreement, there was no reasonable likelihood of success at trial—and the case was dismissed. DISMISSED!!
The best news I had received in quite a while!! I am thankful for Sean Harrell. He is honest, hard working, professional, reliable, and does his job very well.
Sean made ALL the difference in my case.

I was referred to Sean when I was charged with leaving the scene of an accident when no accident had occurred at all. The charges were serious and I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. Sean was able to get all of the charges dismissed except for a minor one which was not worth contesting. Sean was very thorough as he thought through every way that the DA might try to prove the charges were correct, but in the end was able to convince the DA that the accident had, in fact, never happened. Sean was also kind, caring, and even sometimes funny, :) His initial fee was far more reasonable than another attorney I had contacted. If you want someone who does his job well and does all that is possible to represent you well, I encourage you to contact Sean. If I ever have a need to use legal services in his area again, (God Forbid), I would contact Sean without hesitation.

Had about half a dozen free consultations before I reached Mr. Saleh, and the difference in the clarity provided between other attorneys' offices and Mr. Saleh is comparable to a difference between flying economy and flying first class. I not only found detailed and relevant answers to all of the questions that I had personally; but, I was also given detailed and relevant information that provided complete understanding of the legal framework that I am operating in, which is something that only real experience and real mastery of the art can deliver.
Unlike quite a few other attorney offices that I have contacted that either simply told me to call them back when I am actually charged or gave me cursory and incomplete explanations given by assistants or paralegals (sometimes it was literally hard to hear what they were saying because of poor phone call quality on the other end), Mr. Saleh answered my phone call personally and gave me an ample amount of time to explain ALL of the details of my situation in a highly professional manner. He not only speaks with authority and full weight of real-world experience, but he also knows when to allow you to say what you have to say. Communication flows effortlessly both ways, uncovering the legal reality of the situation that you find yourself in with complete and perfect clarity.

Arya has saved my husband's life twice, and did so with tenacity, straight shooting, and the right amount of kindness and compassion. Most recently, my husband was wrongfully accused of a crime and the state was using weak evidence to scare him into a plea deal. Arya remained steadfast throughout the whole ordeal, attacking this case from every angle. He explained all the complex legalese to us clearly and was honest at every turn. He's confident but realistic and made sure my husband clearly knew his rights. He was a great advisor but kept my husband in the driver's seat, making sure he was making informed decisions.

The outcome of my case was so favorable it’s almost as if she had scripted it!
Attorney Sei-Hee Arii has a 360 degree bird’s eye view of the legal system and the courtroom.I was facing very serious charges with almost certain jail time if convicted. I initially thought of defending myself but my family compelled me to seek council.
I reached out to Attorney Arii the day before my 1st trial date (don’t be like me, make contact now) and requested her counsel. She was extremely understanding, honest about the situation and the possible outcomes but above all VERY RESPONSIVE! I immediately knew I was in good hands and could trust her. Best decision I’ve ever made! In court she laid out a multi-point strategy that accounted for every possible scenario the prosecutor or judge could present and sure enough it went as she planned.
During court I witnessed someone with an almost identical case as mine (yet with a better driving record) be found guilty and sentenced to jail time, however Miss Arii got ALL of my charges DISMISSED! I went home a free man! I am extremely grateful! Attorney Feraizi is an exceptional attorney in several ways. He is extremely articulate, charismatic and likable, and most importantly he not only understands the law and the application of it better than other attorneys, but he has a creative and highly insightful skillset that is far beyond most attorneys. Mr. Feraizi should be an attorney expert on television or working for a large firm at $500.00/hour but he is too busy helping others and contributing to community by helping individuals who would normally have often weak representation. He is rare in how he puts helping others ahead of his own ego and benefits often. It is also likli that a large firm would fear hiring Mr. Feraizi because he would be a threat to the upper management and moving to the top and in addition to this he would do what was right for clients and put office politics a very distant second. All attorneys and businesses have a few upset customers and in that I would like to put the few negative reviews that this fine attorney has had. Attorney Feraizi has inevitably dealt with more than a few difficul clients that don't understand the law or the practical considerations that must be done in order to get to a successful result. Often customers or clients of his didn't want to accept the incredible difficulty of their case, and we all know people who will not hear the facts and will only believe their own rose-colored views of their situation or predicament that they are in. In my case attorney Feraizi got a good result and fought for me but I did feel that he should have put on the court record the unusual circumstances of my case wherein I called someone a f....ng retard for saying outrageous things about US soldiers and a store or Target that I have a 1.2 Billion form 211 IRS complaint against that looked at years of purchases by me and determined that one of my self scan purchases was done incorrectly wherein I double scanned a less expensive item and not the more expensive one and stole under 100 from the store. An outrageous action by store that looked at years of purchases and had alterior motives, and I wanted on court record for future civil suit. However Attorney Feraizi did the right thing and only focused on his required job and getting me the best results in case, which he did and is not responsible for these extraneous matters unrelated and hence I give him a 5/5 or 100% but thought of only giving him a 4 earlier, but changed mind. I would also like to address the clients who claimed that attorney Feraizi has a temper and is short tempered. This is nonsense as because his mind burns on a higher octane, and he is in phenomenal physical shape he has mental and physical energy that few has and is assertive and uncompromising in stating the facts as they are. He does what is right and isn't concerned about acceding trends such as claiming a man who is assertive is mansplaining or expecting people to conform to ridiculous trends. In fact I was a victim of this absurdity in having the first amendment pi....ed on and getting charged for making a statement or an opinion about someone who made a disparaging comment. Attorney Feraizi is not short tempered andis in fact much cooler, collected, and focused that other attorneys who will make decisions based upon like or dislike of a client or how they feel during a specific time. Attorney Feraizi has unrivaled, focused, and assertive discipline that doesn't change or waver and is single focused on what is best for his clients. Highly recommend!!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Atty Jonathan Molleur. At first, I called a different attorney who contacted Atty Molleur. Within one day I received a call from him and was so relieved. From the moment I heard his voice I knew he was the attorney for me. He listened to me, through my tears, for about an hour and showed me so much empathy and kindness to my situation. He did not interrupt me at all. It was a very difficult time for me since I was dealing with family members so it was a very personal matter. So needless to say, I was very upset. When I heard that he would take my case, I felt relieved, since he was known as one of the top lawyers in this field of tenant law. There are a lot of men in Louisiana that believe that the courts favor the women. I believed that exact same thing. I did a ton of research looking for the perfect lawyer to represent me for my divorce. While doing my research I came across the saying "Have you ever tried to argue with a woman?". This immediately caught my attention, because what man hasn't. Let me tell you, this is not a woman that you want to go up against. She does not mess around when it comes to children, custody and divorce. There was always contact throughout the entire process with the entire team. They didn't feed me any lines and gave me realistic expectations of what would happen. I was awarded sole custody in Louisiana! I never thought that would happen. I know that every man out there has that fear of the state favoring women. I am proof that isn't true anymore. I would highly recommend speaking to Ms. Thompson if you are in this situation. I would like to thank Ms. Thompson, Mr. Bursavich, Mr. Patterson and the amazing team they have for the time and effort they put into my case. After trying to flee from someone threatening to kill me and my loved ones in my truck at what was supposed to be a family birthday party, I was wrongfully arrested for a DUII. I spoke with several firms and then I found Casey Baxter with Baxter Law online and saw the reviews so I decided to give them a call for a consultation. Immediately I could tell his attitude towards my case was what I was looking for. All of the other firms I talked to suggested diversion because it was “less risky”. I didn’t want that on my record if I was able to defend it. Well when I talked to Casey he didn’t constantly tell me how great he was like the other firms. James was my brother's lawyer and created his will and Trust. He was the lawyer/executor, I was the Trustee. When my brother died we worked together to fulfill the will and Trust directions. One account did not make it into the Trust and so we had to go to probate court for that. This was mostly during Covid so court dates, appointments, etc., proved challenging. Throughout the entire process James was throrough, highly communicative, proactive and responsive. He was also compasssionate and "human".
