I received a check from a settlement 5 yrs ago at that time me and sister weren't communicating last Friday on my birthday she told about the check being broke no job and at the end of July I had a stroke just asking them if they could rewrite the check again they said no cause the case had been closed but it's my money so who ended up with 862 .39 dollars it's not like they need it but like they say the rich keeps getting rich while the poor stay poor maybe one of this day God will look at the at what happened to me and help me out believe it

My family engaged Jacqueline in January to represent us in a CPS investigation after a young relative was placed under a 30-day safety plan. This was our first interaction with CPS. We wanted to use employer-provided services for evaluations and therapy rather than the more onerous services demanded by CPS. CPS threatened numerous times to move the child into foster care. They also threatened a legal motion to participate in their services. They even claimed that they didn't have to talk to a legal representative. We would never have been able to navigate this process without Jacqueline, who is an expert not only in the law, but in the ways that CPS will try to manipulate and threaten. Jacqueline made the case that CPS services and involvement were not needed beyond the 30 days. This was successful, and as of 3 months later, CPS has taken no further action. Jacqueline will fight for you and execute a plan with the highest probability of success. She will navigate the maze of CPS that you can’t see. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Jacqueline.

I am an international student from India. I received a speeding ticket from the village of Maryville, Illinois. On that day, I didn't speed on purpose; I may have been over the limit by 10 mph. Despite my explanation, the cops gave me a ticket. I informed them that it was my last month of court supervision. I engaged Henshaw Law Firm for a critical child custody case, hoping for expert assistance. Instead, I faced exorbitant charges totaling $42,500, with minimal progress. Their staff, insensitive to my financial constraints as a disabled veteran, nonchalantly cited "the law" as an excuse for their incompetence. They overcharged me for trivial phone calls and allowed a child support order to pass uncontested, despite my inability to pay. Moreover, they falsified documents behind my back, showing blatant disregard for ethics. Their failure to file necessary motions further hindered my access to my son. Avoid Henshaw Law Firm at all costs. They exploit vulnerable clients, providing little to no value while laughing at your plight. A disastrous experience, not worth a single penny. Do NOT RECOMMEND.
