I went to Kimmel Carter about 2 years ago from a referral by another attorney. Let me say this up front, I should have stayed with them right away but after my consultation I decided to get a 2nd opinion on my case by another attorney. The result by that second attorney was that he wasn't going to take my case and even indicated he didn't know how Kimmel Carter would win my case. Well that deflated me and I really didn't go back to Kimmel Carter after that. However, Jon O'Neill contacted me again and I explained what had happened. He advised of my options and I was supposed to provide some paperwork to him which I was guilty of not doing. After that my 2 years limit on my workman's comp was coming to a close and Jon reached out again and asked if we could meet. He said it would really be in my best interest to at least file a petition and he truly believed he could help and this time I signed on with him. Boy, am I glad I did! Jon was able to take care of my situation and ultimately won a positive outcome for me. I am truly so happy and grateful that Jon was caring enough to be persistent in my case. He is not only professional but he is very personable. He is patient and answers all my questions by both phone calls and emails in a very timely manner as well.
