I was referred to Patrick Wenk at Kimmel, Carter, Roman,Peltz & O'Neil by a co-worker after my accident. Patrick was straight forward and forthright during the initial consultation. He told me the truth about the process and made no promises about the potential outcome. He told me what I should expect from his service and that the process was not fast. He showed genuine concern for my medical, personal, and professional situation. During the course of resolving this case Patrick kept me in the loop and gave me a heads up on anything he needed from me. Patrick's team handled all of the paperwork. I had to do relatively very little. He negotiated for me and in the end he discussed what options I had and allowed me the opportunity to express what I wanted. At no time did he push me into accepting or declining anything. He advised me, and the outcome was much better than I had anticipated. I would personally recommend Patrick Wenk and Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & Oneill to anyone in need of legal assistance.
