Excellent firm -- knowledgeable, responsive, and prepared. I am an attorney, but know almost nothing about the ins and outs of real estate transactions. HJJF handled a 1031 exchange for an investment property in Rehoboth Beach. Chad Meredith and his team discovered a complicated title issue relating to the property we intended to purchase. It was an issue that had been missed by the seller's title company, but had serious implications on clear title. Chad and his team figured it out and were instrumental in getting clear title. Dan Myers and his team handled the 1031 exchange aspect. Both were very responsive by phone and email to all of my questions. If you have any type of legal issue in Rehoboth or elsewhere in Delaware, do not hesitate to contact HJJF.
