We were recommended (by our realtor) to seek the counsel of Hudson - Jones for a difficult property settlement we were involved in. Dan Huestis was assigned our case and from our first meeting to a successful settlement Dan was always very professional in his representation of me and my wife. We followed his advice in order to expedite settlement and avoid a timely court case which gave us a very satisfactory outcome. I would highly recommend him for any property settlement issue.

Strong attorneys

Excellent job by Chad Meredith and Lisa Wingo. Would highly recommend using them to set up an LLC or for a real estate transaction. They were professional, responsive, and answered any and all questions we had. Thanks so much for the great work for a smooth transaction!

I do not recommend this Law Firm. We were recommended to Mike Rushe by a friend who had a wonderful experience. He was moving out of family law and there was a guy he passed us on to named Dan who was a paralegal about to become a lawyer. We should have never went ahead with Dan because the process from there was the biggest waste of time and money. He dropped the ball more than once on paperwork, communication, billing, etc. We ended up at Sean Lynn Law Firm who had to do a lot of work over for us because Dan did things incorrectly. He took care of everything for us in a matter of 3 months when Dan took 3 months or more just to get 1 thing filed CORRECTLY with the court. I do not recommend Dan Huestis.

Was the worst law firm I've ever talked too & used for a Malpractice suit.
