I was very pleased and impressed with my attorney Kenneth Young. He was the utmost professional. Was very concise, experienced in my personal Injury claim. Would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to anyone who would need his expertise. He valued my time and took care of my needs in this case. He got me a settlement when the other Insurance carrier denied my claim for my totaled vehicle and my personal injuries and medical bills. The other insurance company denied liability and were offering me nothing. Ken stayed with the case-notified me the day the other insured admitted he was at fault. He also obtained a much larger settlement then their first offer. And also made them pay for my totaled Pickup and that was a very fair settlement as well. David was very professional and helpful. Even though they could not handle my case, they went the extra distance and told me how I could handle it.

I reached out to them after an accident. The initial contract seemed decent and fair. However the process was long. I never met my lawyer face to face. Sandra his assistant was very nice, she deserves her 5 stars. I didn't like how friendly Mr. Stanley was with the defendant's lawyer. I don't know that I'd use their services again.

I would like to take a moment to let you know about the outstanding service I received. David Fontanez Took the time to answer my call and speak to me one on one and find out how he could help even went so far as to referring somebody who might be better fitted for my situation outside of his office because they were not able to help at that time. The fact that David did that, tells you what kind of company you’re dealing with. It’s not about the money per se, but helping the person in need of counseling find what is best for them. We could sure use some more of that in companies in today’s world thank you David!
