Mr. Cushing was very helpful and addressed my questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. The receptionist was pleasant and caring when I took in paperwork. They were non- judgmental and treated me with compassion while making a difficult and emotional decision.

Contacting this office was hands-down the most pleasant experience I've ever had dealing with a clerk's office or a Register of Wills. In my profession I must contact these offices regularly, and never before have I been met with such efficiency, meticulousness and politeness. Carlotta answered the phone and she was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. She transferred me to Josh Cushing who took time to answer all of my questions and did a very thorough review of the case for my benefit. Both were very polite and very helpful. If other clerk's offices were like this, my job would be much easier!

The staff was very helpful in completing the necessary forms and were very patient with my lack of knowledge of the process.

I had to go in this office sadly due to my grandfather passing. The only thoughts of expectation were from others experiences and all of their anecdotes, made me overwhelmed (not necessarily from this location) BUT, my mother and I met with Deputy Josh at this location. I'm pleased to say Josh. was empathetic and very patient with explaining things which was calming. This review is important bc I wanted to be able to share our experience and that let people know that during a sad or rough time it is possible to have a calming empathetic experience at this location. Josh we thank you.

I felt loss during this process, especially handling everything while residing in a different state. Gina J. Cook is amazing and guided me through the entire process. Great customer service!! Thank you very much for excellent service.

Everyone was so kind and courteous and went the extra step to help Gina Cook is a wonderful representative of the department. 5 stars is not enough, 10 stars is not enough.

My sister and I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrea on April 11th, 2022. Andrea is the most disrespectful person I have ever spoken to in my life. She over talked us and very argumentative for no apparent reason. She even graced me, Rhoda by hanging up on me. I called back and low and behold, Miss nasty answers the phone. I said you can't be the only person working there. She asked if I would like to speak to her supervisor and placed Tracy on the phone, who ended up transferring the call to Gina. By the way Andrea had me on speakerphone screaming in the background and discussing the call with a gentleman. No empathy, no sorry for your loss. Just straight up ignorance! Sad that someone with her attitude is actually representing The Register of Wills and more than likely nothing will happen to her. Which is probably why she acts this way because she's never held accountable for her actions. I requested that her calls be reviewed based off of her unprofessional behavior and the automated system states calls are monitored and recorded.

Thank you Ciro and Andrea for helping me with important documents for my fathers estate. I was VERY impressed with the professionalism of the staff. You are appreciated!!!

I called the Register of Wills this afternoon and I spoke with Cheryl Jordan. She was not only extremely helpful, but she was very pleasant, friendly and easy to work with. She worked through my issue with ease and efficiency and answered all my questions. Not to mention, she quickly resolved the issue I had concerning so I could do a filing on File and ServeXpress.
