I would not recommend Patrick Collins he talked my son into taking a plea he felt was best instead of fighting for him I've gotten 2nd opinions from other lawyers as well said the same thing he shouldn't have taken that 1st plea.. Now my son sits behind bars for another year and a half.. so disappointing.. I felt like he just wanted to get this case over with.. So no I do not recommend this law firm at all..

Patrick Collins is a very nice, honest and truthful attorney. He helped and guided me through the legal process when I needed to assist a relative in Delaware and the office was always prompt on answering my calls.

I felt like I just lost $1500. My boyfriend’s bail was 92,000 off some he say she say stuff that he didn’t do and there was no evidence and the just looked at his background from 18+ years ago. His lawyer was Kim Price and we both felt like it was more that she could have said and done but she hardly said anything. Now we have to spend money that we don’t have to get him out of jail for something that he didn’t do but at the end of it all the lawyers, judges and everyone else get rich while we stay poor paying them trying to fight cases. Since I couldn’t respond back to them I had to add to this post. She could have spoke up and done more because she hardly said anything. He was rushed to the courtroom when he was trying to talk to her and explain something about his case and he also asked just to get judge to take away the CASH bail. She thinks just because it is now 35,000 cheaper like that really makes a difference like who had that kind of money. Like I said before the system is set up to make the poor people even more poorer. So I wish anyone luck if they use her for a lawyer especially if they have any hard criminal charges. Also as a lawyer you should always make your client feel confident and she definitely didn’t do that she acted like she was SCARED & didn’t know anything. If she had did what was asked I wouldn’t be writing this post.

Kimberly Price is an excellent attorney. She is professional, tact, and efficient. The office provides guidance and information throughout. I highly recommend to anyone in the Wilmington area.

Very upfront and honest

I was facing a felony charge with potential years in prison. Patrick Collins was able to prove that the officer who arrested me had manufactured evidence to justify my initial arrest. Mr. Collins filed a motion with the court showing that the officer's material sworn statements in his report, and in his application for a search warrant contradicted the audio/video evidence from the traffic stop. Once the mendacity of the officer was brought to light in court, the Felony charge against me was dropped.
