I just used Gerry Proffitt at Ward and Taylor for new wills and he did a fantastic job. Answered all of my questions and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

If they want you to answer a question they’ll talk to you, if you need a question answered they’ll ignore you. When they want you to do something for their client they’re nice as can be, but as soon as they have what they need they ignore you. You wouldn’t pick up one call after I tried several times. I just needed to know if the papers were filed. And you couldn’t be bothered answering. Is that better answered?

Horrible experience. I've worked with a few real estate attorneys, and this has been the worst by far. Very little to no communication throughout the process. I would reach out by phone and email, and no response. To top it off, the lawyer I had hired wasn't even present during my closing, nor was the paralegal. I will never use Ward & Taylor again.
