A friend referred me to Wellington after I was arrested for a DUI in Washington, DC a couple years ago. He took on my case - took my calls; answered my questions; allayed my fears - and fought for me. After two days of trial I felt vindicated when the judge found me not guilty of all charges. I have worked with and referred cases to Mr. Wellington over the past few years, and I can truly say that if you are looking for someone who is excellent at what he does, you owe it to yourself to at least talk to him about your situation. As lawyers we sometimes get a bad rap for being too stuffy and mechanical; I can assure you however that this will not be the case when you meet Mr. Wellington. Ok let me start of by saying that this was the most stressed I’ve ever been. The first time I called Mr. Wellington it I felt like I was talking to someone I knew for years, he explained to me everything that was going to take place step by step. He went to the court room swinging and was able to get my case dismissed due to a technicality he found. I almost had my licensed suspended along with a blemished record. Look!!! This man gets the job DONE !!!!!!
