I have used this law firm twice, both for car accident where I was not at fault. David Ginsburg and team (Judy, Jocaira, Audrey) were wonderful to work with. They handled all the details and reached a settlement in each case that I was very happy with. My husband was a client and we are beyond satisfied with the way they handled our claim from day one till the case has been closed. Atty Wingfield called right away to get details of the accident telling us that someone will give us a call to walk us with process since this is all new to us. Judy from Wingfield’s office called right after the call of Atty Wingfield. They were very prompt and if there might be a possible delays of the claim process they will let you know and update you on what’s going on. I 100% recommend their services.
