Wingfield, Ginsburg & Lipp does stellar legal work. Soon after I suffered a horrendous, debilitating injury, I contacted Mr. Lipp for help. Almost immediately after our conversation, he and his firm began working on my case, ensuring that I would not miss important filing and notice deadlines. Ms. Kara Bennis took over my case because my lawsuit was to be filed in a Virginia court. One word aptly describes her: stellar. Shortly after the sole deposition, the other side quickly decided that settlement was in its best interest. Before the deposition occurred, Ms. Bennis had shepherded me through the litigation process masterfully and efficiently. She prepared me well for the deposition and was clearly the most skillful lawyer present at the deposition. If I could give negative stars I would. They have had my case over a year and it takes weeks to get responses to emails and phone calls. I initially spoke with Zach. I learned my case was transferred to litigation via email from a paralegal in the office. Zach never kept me up to date on my case. I suffered a severe concussion, back injuries, and shoulder. I have yet to hear anything back from the new attorney assigned to my case.

Wingfield law firm, and especially particular Kara Bennis, represented me when I had an automobile accident. She understood my case right from the beginning, helped me get my car repaired, made sure I was well taken care of by my doctor, and worked diligently to get me a great settlement as well as all the coverage I was entitled to by my insurance.
