This company is a scam i was promised a loan after 6 months of on time payments well I've made almost 2 yrs. of payments and still no loan they tell me to increase my payment amount for the loan application then the application expires then they tell you to increase again and again when ask for my increased amount to be refunded so I can start the loan application again they say it was used to settle a debt well I never gave permission for that money to be used that way considering they use third party loan companies. They say if they refund my money it will jeopardize my settlement progress when they made the mistake and used money that did not belong to them. At the end of the day be careful who you sign contracts with these people DONT HAVE MY BEST INTEREST AT HEART DISABLED VETERAN FEELING HELPLESS

I called to follow up on a legal letter that we received since the date for a response is coming up quickly. Both Lillian and Stephen were so very helpful in putting my mind at ease about the upcoming deadline. They were friendly and so polite, giving excellent customer service. Seth Ford was very helpful. He gave me all the information, he responded to my requests in a way I appreciated, and best of all -- though you may find this unprofessional, I LOVED that when I made a little joke he laughed and responded with "I feel you!" YES! He became relatable to me and it made me sooo comfortable. I know not everyone speaks like that and not everyone knows the "slang" so to speak, but let Seth know that he was very personable and he deserves a raise or a bonus. :)
