My checking account and SSA account were both hacked. The bank closed my checking and cannot open a new account for me. When the thief hacked my SSA account, s/he rerouted my check to an unknown account. When I contacted SSA, they said that they would re-issue my check and send it to me snail mail. When I get my check and make arrangements for payment, I will contact you and make payment arrangements at that time. When I called in, I spoke with Carl Tate and explained this to him. He was very kind and compassionate towards my situation. He said that he noted my account and commended me for taking charge of the situation. When we hung up, I felt that I was heard and understood. Mr. Tate treated me with the utmost respect. And I thank you for having him on your staff.
