Out of all the lawyers I interviewed to do my trademark registration, William was the best candidate. He explained step by step what the process was, what his best advice was, and he got the job done! Both my trademarks were accepted with the USPTO. Definitely hire William for your Intellectual Property needs. I plan on getting my two other trademarks done with him!

When I contacted William regarding USPO trademark office action, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed my application and office action with me. He confirmed a view points with me and advised me how he was going to respond to the office action.
This was on Friday and he told me he would be submitting the response within 24 to 48 hrs. True to his word he sent me an email on Sunday with the filing receipt.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Goldman. I have a pending TM that will likely not go through and needed to file a new brand name. Mr. Goldman and I did a 15 conference call and it was amazing all that I learned! He did a thorough search of my proposed mark so I feel much more confident filing this application.
