Brilliant attorney with a deep understanding of the law, first-rate counselor

I was arrested for misdemeanor theft while visiting DC earlier this year. I found David Benowitz through a google search and called his 24 hour office number on a Sunday afternoon. Within 20 minutes David Benowitz called me to start discussing my case. Since i lived in another state, Mr Benowitz took great care in making sure i had all the way to get in touch with him and that i felt comfortable with my defense. While David could not get all my charges dropped before my arraignment he assured me that he would continue to talk with the State Attorney's office to either drop the charges or to get a deferred prosecution agreement. David went out of his way to guide me around the courthouse to do all the requirements after my hearing. I asked David why he was doing this since he was a Partner in his law firm and he told it was his pleasure to help. David called me six days before my court hearing and told me that all my charges had been dropped. I would recommend David to anyone who needs a great lawyer in the DC area. Since i live out of state and don't know anyone in the DC area, David helped put my mind at ease throughout this extremely stressful situation. He also made me feel as if I was his only client while talking with me through out this entire process.

April was a great help to my family and I during our legal process. She really understands the law and helped us in all ways possible to receive our Visas and later apply for our residency. I would definitely recommend her to any one that needs representation. She also speaks Spanish which was great for my mom who is a Spanish speaker.

I got into legal troubles in February and I was referred to Benowitz & Price for legal counseling and assistance. My lawyer, Dave Benowitz met with me and explained the good and bad of my case. He never sugar coated any details with me but kept it all truthful and professional about my situation. I appeared in court with one of his trusted lawyers when he couldn't attend who also represented me in a professional and accurate manner. When it was time for me to appear recently before the judge, Mr. Benowitz was able to reduce my consequences down and also was offered the ultimatum of having everything thrown out (wipe record clean) if I complete my classes and pay fines within a year of the courts decisions. I was so relieved by this decision and I appreciate Mr. Benowitz and his team on a job well done and for handling my case in a production manner. I highly suggest Benowitz & Price to ANYONE who needs legal assistance in anything you are going through.

Ms Castellini recently assisted my wife and myself in the preparation of our wills and estate plans. Ms Castellini was helpful and courteous during the entire process. She patiently explained the law, and explained the pros and cons of the various options open to us. She was patient as we reviewed our plans and took the time to thoroughly explain our options at each stage of the process. Ms Castellini handled the entire process in a timely and efficient manner.
