I am new to the process on getting back on track. It is overwhelming, frustrating, and stressful. I often think how I got in this situation to have to go this route. I am hopeful that my process is smooth; right now it is stressful with only one of four already settled and I started in January. Julianna Patel was great during a recent follow up call and helped explain more of the process to me, as well as, just listened to me vent on how one gets into a financial situation like this. I thanked her for that. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is not stressful any longer, but I may have a long way to go in this process. One good thing is the extra money in my account is going to the one debt that is settled.
