Lance Roberts did an outstanding customer service job. After speaking with him about my account I feel better about the company handling my account. He was very through and extremely professional. I feel more comfortable with this company handling my account because of the way he helped me when I called. Awesome! Everyone is super friendly just like Ezra really helpful but mainly stress free the process has been smooth. I will recommend it 100000%. Just knowing my debt was getting paid for in a matter of time and o didn’t had to deal with no one it was a big relief. Once a month I get a phone call just to check on how things are going, also to go over all the accounts and to let me know how many more payments I have left.

Palisade Legal Group is very communicative with me on settling debt that I incurred and is working on my behalf to negotiate settlements with my creditors. I was a little confused about how it all work and was explained in detail by representative Ralph Hamilton which gave me a better understanding of the process. I am not very excited about the process, but is willing to be patient and allow Palisade Legal Group to work it all out.
