To begin with first It was a bit confusing to me but Mr Torres and other colleagues came through for me and I thank them much to go to end and back to help me I will recommend others to use Palisade Legal groups.

I've been using Palisade for just over a year now with no problem, but earlier this year they dropped the ball when dealing with my largest account to where they're telling me to make a lump sum in the 5 digits, which is several thousand MORE than what was originally owed. We had discussed a balance in full payment in April, they received an agreement with that account in April, but I only just got the payment schedule and agreement yesterday. They even attached a scanned physical copy of the agreement that's stamped "received" in April. Currently looking for alternatives because they are not doing their due diligence in upholding any fiduciary obligation to me as the client. The added "attorney fee" or whatever they charge to be properly represented is a complete scam. Update: I got a hold of someone this morning, and they ADMITTED they had paperwork for me to sign back in April, but they didn't send it over to me until this week (late August). These guys don't understand what due diligence is and upholding a fiduciary commitment to their clients.

I was worried when I called in to speak of my disagreement with the negotiation done with one creditor but Mr. Clarke really put me at ease and immediately communicated with the negotiator my denial and I believe that his empathy and willingness to help made this encounter productive. Thank you Ezra Clarke!

Fantastic Staff! Very good at communications, they call and update me every month! I had a large number of credit cards that were pulling me done. They are making great strides in settling the cards for me. Thanks!!! I highly recommend them!
