Told me they would negotiate deals then came back and asked for $11000 upfront to pay a deal. They made two deals in 7 months. Stuff I could have done myself!
Edit….that supervisor never called even though I did get to talk to one when I called and he even said he would call me back but he never did.
In saying that my experience has got a bit better , not sure if I am just getting better people on the phone when I call.
I will upgrade my rating to 3 stars and I might change it again if things continue to improve

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to them. Any saving you are thinking they will take it as their fee. You are better off going to somewhere else. They settled my accounts but continue to charge me their own fees instead of paying to lenders.

When I called today with a concern about my account Ralph Hamilton was on it. He was curious and listened to what my concerns were and gave me the opportunity to vent my frustration. He was able to explain what I needed to know and got my situation addressed to the best of his ability and was able to pass my information on to the legal personnel to further handle my needs.

So far, everything is going well. Whenever I call, the representatives usually have good news for me. This morning, Seth Ford assisted me; he was very professional and kind and answered my questions. This will be a process, but I believe it will be worth it in the long run.
