I have been extremely pleased with my experience with Palisade Legal Group. From the time I started the program, the staff has been very helpful, pleasant, and professional. When I had questions about paperwork I received this week, I spoke with both Austin and Juliana and they walked me through exactly what I needed to do and what would happen next. Keep up the great work!

Very satisfied with help with clearing up my debts, customer service was courteous. Agents were willing to answer any questions I had and were very knowledgeable.

I was struggling and felt like I was drowning and after a lot of deliberations I decided on this program. Needless to say, 8 months later at $760 a month they have settled one creditor and continue to take all kinds of fees. When I began they stated about 6 months my credit will start to improve. I call them and fight about the same thing over and over again. The rep that sold me on this stated he would be here all along my enrollment, funny because now he is mia!!! I ask about cancelling and they state you get no money back, so basically they have stolen all your money. Do not waste your time or money it certainly is no relief at all!!! They are stealing from hard working innocent people that look for help, I will never recommend them to anybody!
