Extremely Happy with the Service I received from Kiera and the rest of the staff at Palisade Legal Group!!! They really are much appreciated!!!

The program they signed me up for 11 months ago has caused me to get sued by a creditor they were supposed to settle with. They gave me a lot of excuses as to why they were dragging their feet on settling the account. I'm on Social Security disability and the well is dry. I've made every contractual payment to them on time without fail. They now have to contact the creditors legal representation and try and settle with them. If they are unable to do the job that I've been paying them to do I'm screwed. Unless they're going to provide legal representation in court free of charge to me I am unable to afford an attorney unless I can find one willing to do pro bono work. 2 months before I signed up with this company I broke my neck. It's been a struggle ever since. I understand US Bank wants their money. If it turns out that they are able to accomplish what I initially contracted them to do which is to settle two of my creditor accounts I'll update my review. If it goes to court and they are unable to settle on my behalf then they will have not met their contractual obligation to me. There are no excuses for that. At that point I'm going to have to look for a contingency attorney or pro bono attorney and sue them for the damages. The additional stress and anxiety placed on me has been triggering my PTSD. They set up this program that they have me on contractually. I have held up my end of the contract 100%.

The cost of their program, with conflicting information from agents, is closer to 50% and they drag out your payments (with unsettled debt hiring my credit every month for 2 years now). I’d have been better off settling with these companies myself because I will end up paying MORE than I owed in the first place and end up with worse credit. If you’re on the fence, don’t do it. For example- a 5k settlement on a 8k loan is being paid at $25 a month right now while the other 350$ I pay monthly is just going to their fees. Ludicrous.

I have been using Palisade Legal Group for the last seven months and they have been great to work with. I have had several banking issues on my side, and they have helped me to resolve them in a timely manner so I wouldn't miss a payment. My recent experience with Ezra changing my banking information in a quick and timely fashion as well as his capable knowledge of what he was doing helped me feel secure that the changes I needed to make would be done accurately and in time before my next payment is due.
