Well I was making payments with this program but I got into a car accident and had to go into the hospital for surgery and I fell behind and they made one payment that I couldn't make and I didn't have any money for food and one of the advisors there told me they can refund the money and give it back to me I was so happy I can buy my family food now thank you very much bye-bye
