I have been calling for months since February trying to get information on my account. Everytime I call they give me a different answer and state someone will be in touch with me. I just called again today and they stated they can’t really help me and will have someone reach out within 1-2 WEEKS! I have been paying since February and not one call to tell me what’s going on. They told me not to pay any of the debts as they will be working on it and the rep I spoke to today stated I have not even been approved/qualified for their program.
