DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This company does not help at all. I had a large account go legal and they didn't reach out or talk to me once. After working with them for the past 4 years I'm looking into another company or bankruptcy. This company told me if I could pay this large lump sum that I would also have to pay another 3000 for fees even though they did not help me at all during this legal process or reach out. I called them about the offer that was given and was told I'd hear back. I never did. If you're struggling with debts find a different company. Update I spoke with an actual debt relief company who had never heard of these people and said it wasn't actually illegal but was in a gray area. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

One thing everyone I spoke to was polite. As for getting information about open accounts it was limited by that I was given answers to my questions. And when I want to know more about any negotiation offers I couldn't get an answer. So I resolved to end the process.

Strongly recommend! I was able to pay off all of my debts without struggling with managing my household and they made it very easy and convenient. I was constantly kept in the loop as to which accounts were settled and which ones they were actively resolving. Hopefully I will never get in drowning debt again but I know who to call.

Well, stellar is the word that I will use to describe the customer service. They answer on the first ring, it's a real person, they get your questions answered, and will work with you to solve whatever issue you need resolved.
