I regret doing business with this company. I've been paying for 6 months and at the moment they haven't paid any of the bills I owe and my money simply doesn't appear in my account. They don't sign an agreement with any company. Worst experience! Do not hire the services of this company!

Used Palisades legal group for a debt consolidation program so far so good no complaints

I would recommend this Company to everyone. Always keeping me update, willing to work with me on all account.

I started this program in July 2023 against my better judgment. The person who signed me up who promised to be available anytime day or night changed his number within a week.paid out over 3500 and by dec only 1 of 10 debts were starting to be settled.i was asked to pay more per month to start the other settlements.this was not possible for me and I cancelled with them.i went to withdrawl my funds and only 30 remained of 3500.now I am being sued and credit score is the lowest its ever been.get the run around when I talk to them about refunding my money

Very dissatisfied with this organization. I have been in the program for nearly two years and do not find them quite helpful. I pay a substantial amount monthly, and they are not making much headway. When they finally reach a settlement, they nickel and dime you by charging you between $10 and $20 per month to send the checks to the creditors. That money should be applied to settling my accounts. I pay an additional $60 per month for added attorney protection when I can actually do the work myself. I had two accounts go legal and handled one myself. A representative from Palisade had the nerve to contact me for a copy of settlement letter on the one that account that was settled with the assistance of an attorney. I am not sending anything. How could you not know the account was settled. I am looking to see if I can find another program that is more proactive, does not nickel and dime you and knows which accounts have been settled. Unbelievable.

Do NOT have Discover be one of the accounts you allow to be included in the program. It was pointless letting Disocver go and attempting to settle within Palisade. I now owe more than I ever did before, with accumulated interest & missing payment fees... Fast forward to a year of paying Palisade monthly.... I'm still sold to collections, unable to settle and now have to "pay in full" just to avoid being drug into court. Absolutely pointless. Update: I've received a phone call everyday asking me to add more money to my account which is a joke considering I pay $582 a month. $60 of that is for "legal services" which are useless as I was still served & almost brought into court if I had not handled things myself. I've now filled paperwork and requested for the legal package to be removed four times, and to no surprise it has still not been removed & I'm still paying absurb fees for no reason. I'm telling you... settle your debt within the company it's due with, capital one, Discover, whatever it may be just work with them directly.

I am completely underwhelmed with them. Their website does not provide any information as far as progress or how far along in payments you are with companies that they have settled. They will call you once a month to "review" your account but basically the calls are a waste of time. I was also unaware that there would be a $10 check fee for every payment and a settlement fee that is sometimes more than the settlement amount itself. I would love to stop the program as is and do it myself at this point.
