I had hope that this Organization could help me straighten out my financial problems. This was not at all what happened. Long story short, they got me for about $4500 with no resolve. I ended up having to file bankruptcy. They did not offer to give any of my money back. These guys are clowns run.

Do not sign up with this place!!!! I just found on Google that there is a lawsuit on this place out of Illinois because they don’t do what they say. I have been in the program for a little bit over a year and one of my accounts went legal because they didn’t take care of it in a timely manner. Since that account went legal they are now telling me that I need to pay an additional $625.00 every month to my account otherwise there could be a chance the creditor will take me to court. I did purchase the legal plan just in case but it seems like they didn’t do a thing. Before I signed up I was able to pay my creditors but it seemed like I wasn’t getting any head way with them. When they told me they could pay off my creditors quicker for less money which is the reason I signed up. I truly regret signing up with them. I don’t know what to do because I don’t have the additional $625.00 a month. Just you know Palisade has talked to me twice about this matter.

This business is shameless thievery, along with Silverlake. Lots of smoke and mirrors, false marketing from the beginning, lots of hidden fees, predatory lending, lots of corruption. You will lose money and time dealing with them, plus considerable stress. Take heed of the other reviews here that call them out on their corruption, it is true. I wish I would have paid more attention to them. When I am finished fighting with them I will come back here and detail everything, step by step, to help warn other consumers.

After finally getting in touch and having them process a refund they kept $400!!!! I talked to Mason today and was given the run around again, as I stated in the beginning I want a full refund. When signing up they lie to you when stating they don't take any money until settlements are acquired and you have to authorize any money taken out of your trust fund they set up for you. Do not do business with these people and tell your family and friends as well. Look at BBB (Better Business Bureau) website too, there are a ton of bad reviews there as well.

Been with them since August and I have yet to receive an update of what is going on with negotiations. I have still 2 banks they haven't contacted yet and they are threatening to sue me, I have called multiple times to customer service, they have all the information and I still haven't received response, I even send emails. They are already debited huge amounts but nothing has been done they have only done movement of contact information and that's it. Very disappointed, they are basically doing false advertising in that they tell you what's going on in the process. I got no information, the person who is handling my accounts which I know because of the chaged contact information hasn't even introduced themselves and when I try to contact her they never transfer the call so I don't even know if she exists. Lousy service in that part. Update: they managed to contact me and we are waiting until negotiations are completed.

Be warned. Palisades Legal Group is dishonest, you cannot trust their representatives. Also, that consolidation “loan” they pre-approve you for is just to get you to call so they can sell you their consolidation program. The lower debt they negotiate is no savings to you because you pay that “savings” in their fees. 27.5%. Plus they’re only able to negotiate one debt at a time so whatever credit rating you have will be tanked.

Contacted this company about a debt consolidation loan. My credit was in good standing at this time, but I was risking falling behind. I was told I didn't qualify for the loan, but they could settle my debt for a portion of what was owed. They determined my total debt they would settle is $45817.00.They would charge me $737.69 beginning 5/10/23 for a total of 54 months. Since then, they settled with 1 company(Discover) for $10964.40. They have paid Discover $400.00.They have paid themselves the remaining money (my current balance is $29.00). When I questioned this, they stated that they earn a commission on the settlement which I believe they said is 27.50%. They paid themselves$2986.59 as a fee. They haven't reached agreements with any other companies. They also told me to stop paying these companies as they are settling with each of them. When I asked about why they haven't settled with anybody else they said it was because there is no money in my escrow account. I asked why would they take the money intended for my debt as a commission instead of paying debt. Additionally they take 210.00/mo in their own fees(Veritas Legal Plan). I've since learned that they have even lied about stop paying creditors and they aren't even supposed to tell somebody that. I sent them notification to stop taking money from my account and received no response from them. I believe their practices to be borderline predatory and deceptive. They bury you in page after page of contract that they know the common person wouldn't understand. They've done nothing to help my situation and have in fact only made it worse. Now I am thousands behind in debt with no idea what to do.

If I could give this company zero stars I would, this company it’s a scam do not get involved with them. Went with this company do consolidate debt that was around 18,000 and was told everything would be paid off in 3 years, signed and agreed to it. Been 4 years now and they continue to push it saying it’s gonna take more time what they do is steal the your money they, don’t pay your debts as their supposed to. Not legit this company

I would prefer to give a zero rating. I spoke with a representative last week and decided not to use your services. I was assured no funds would be taken from my account. Unfortunately today, you took out $700. It's not good business to go back on your word. I actually referred some friends to you, but am now telling them to stay away. You've now lost 3 potential customers.
