Anyone even thinking for one second about using this company, please beware. My entire dealing with this company was either a fabrication, or total lie. The gentleman who I talked to literally lied about how the process works, made declarations and that turned out to not be true at all. Overall, if he had just told the truth from the beginning there would not have been an issue. The process they tell you to get you to sign up is not how the process actually works. After I realized this, I called to cancel and they gentleman I am speaking to is acting surprised. Stay away from this company, what they are promising is not what they deliver!

I've been working w/ Palisade Legal since 2022 and it's honestly been a great experience. They explained the process to me so I was fully aware that my credit score will drop, but once the debts begin to clear, my score will level out. After a year with them, I've already had two accounts resolved and and now only have two remaining. So grateful for this company b/c honestly, idk what I would have done w/o their help in getting my balances reduced.

Palisade legal group is an absolute scam!!!! They promise you that your debt will be paid off within 3 years! So it sounded great and the representative was so happy to help me. Low and behold I looked at my account after paying $277 for 10 months, I only had a $70 credit on my account because they took $2,700 in fees!!! After reviewing the paperwork and calling them all they did was hang up the phone on me! These people are not a legal group they are legal scammers! I have informed the better Business bureau on them and they said this wasn't the first time they've heard about this group! I've also sent every piece of paperwork I have to the better Business bureau and they thanked me greatly because nobody else has sent them paperwork! So I am out $2,700... I cannot wait to see their response so I can send it to the better Business bureau! I want my $$$$ back !!!

I too was scammed from this company. I'm still feeling the effects of the credit drop. Luckily I managed to get it back to better levels than when it was under 500 for months. They manipulate you into debt consolidation and lie about the true nature of the program. I lost $900 in there fees and requested the rest of my money back after 3 months of tanking my credit. Don't trust these people. I handled my debts with the creditors myself. Palisades takes a 27.5% cut off your total debt settlement too. If they settle $30k of your debt, they take a nice $8200 cut for themselves. With all the interest and late fees I would've paid more to these clowns to settle my debt than if I just made my payments. Don't let these ripoff merchants fool you.
