I contacted Agarwal Law firm for a consultation outside the Working hrs and next day early morning I get a return call and email with all the answers on my consultation request. So contacting was easy, staff really paid attention to my voice mail. This 1st impression on me made me confident to invest a fee for a consultaion Selecting dates for vedio consultation was also very much flexible. Starting our conversation from introduction to till discussing my immigration was very pleasant, she is very honest, straight forward, good listener, and HUMBLE. Her swift advice was describing her loyalty and confidence in her profession. My 30 mins Time was running out but still she humbly kept answering my last minute questions and with a respectful manner she tells me to drop email with remaining questions as I was still trying to talk to her. Recently had a consultation with Pratibha for EB1 category. I won't rate it very high at this point since most of the answers that were provided were very high level as in the ones that are already available on google, while my expecation was to get little more insight into the possibilities and advice from the law firm's vast experience with this kind of situation so that I could decide whether to go ahead with the application at this point or give it some more time to have more credible application. The discussion was more of a front office sort where they tell you documents needed along with the fee structure if we proceed.There was no touch of an 'advice' from an experienced attorney that could help in deciding whether to go for it now or wait some more time seeing the stakes we have from career as well as finance perspective ( was told cost of $15k for the process). Some law firms provide basic level of consultation by reviewing your profile for no cost.

She took my case and did not even applied for whole year. Her office staff keep calling that I am good candidate for that particular visa and took large amount of money and visa was denied later. They give false information to charge fees . They just care about fees nothing else.

It was easy to book an appointment and the consultation was great. We discussed immigration issues, and she provided her expert advice to address my all my concerns. She even went to the extent of following up to make sure everything was going on as planned.
