Prathiba was very professional and helpful I turned to her when Duke University refused to sponsor my work visa after I received a job offer from them. Prathiba clearly explained my options, as well as H1B visa and OPT regulations. She listened attentively, and offered sound advice. After a 30 minute consultation I felt like I understood my situation much better and ways to respond to Duke Visa Services. I had the experience of taking online consultation from Advocate Pratibha Agarwal for my Family Immigrant Visa related matter. I am very thankful for all the useful and practical advice provided by her. I was also pleased by her ever smiling responses to all my questions, small or big. I am/was also amazed that she was quite updated on latest information on visa backlogs and approximate timeframes for our visa interview in India. And her prediction was indeed true ! I would recommend her, and I have already recommended to couple of my friends, for getting advise on such Family Immigrant Visa related matters.
