I was disappointed from the very beginning. Upon first contacting "The Employment Law Group" and after explaining the nature of my call to the main line, I was transferred to the Intake Department. Here is where my disappointments lies. The woman answered the phone as if I had just called her exclusive private line, and didn't have any idea of why I would have been transferred to her. I introduced myself and she still may remained silent??? I'm like "Hello". Her.... "YES". Myself...."Is this the Intake Department"? Her.... "Yes, how may I help you"? After a short thought, I decided not to even bother with what seemed like rude incompetence. As badly as I need help, I'd rather not.

If the cause is the interest and protection of the "little guy", Mr. Oswald exemplifies the cause. Mr. Oswald reviewed my cause extensively and then offered safe advice with little time before my filing deadline. He didn't have to do any of it and then did it pro bono. I am very impressed with his specialty knowledge of my unique case and am very grateful I happened upon his organization. Thank you again Mr. Oswald.
