This is the best immigration law firm in the Washington, D.C. area and one of the best in the United States. Their team, specifically Carolyn Killea, helped me obtain O-1 non-immigrant status from USCIS. Carolyn has outstanding expertise and knows what USCIS is looking for in a petition, beyond the mere public criteria. Her strategies are exceptionally effective and she issues clear instructions for what clients must do to be successful. Additionally, she is a very courteous and enjoyable person with whom to work. Without her, I would not have obtained O-1 status. I jubilantly recommend Carolyn and the Beach-Oswald team to serve as your immigration counsel, for they are all of extraordinary ability. Take it from me, you need them.

The level of neglect and reluctance towards clients is unreal! I signed a retainer about 8 years ago and paid the fees in full in advance and then my case was jumping between different attorneys as others leave the firm and they didn’t let me know unless I chased them with calls and emails! Just recently I have been emailing them for 2 months with no response to get a copy of my documents.

Mr. Siegal was randomly contacted after having several disappointing attempts in securing legal advice. He asked many details involving the case and immediately got his staff involved. He is a very knowledgeable, patient, and cares about the client and their situation. It's not a good situation when you have to obtain legal representation. Mr. Siegal was not hired as my attorney due to budgetary reasons; however, I would most definitely recommend his service to other potential clients.

I wanted to thank Eric Siegel for his wisdom and thoughtful response to my legal question. Unlike many lawyers, he was compassionate, empathic, and had insightful recommendations that did not lead to legal action. If you are looking for a lawyer who approaches employment dilemmas with integrity, Eric Siegel is the one to call. I recommend him highly. Thank you.

Eric provided great advice and content with respect to employment law, prior to and following the acquisition of my company. His advice and strategies allowed my situation to be resolved without a need to go to court, saved me from significant losses, and maximized my separation payouts. I am very thankful for having engaged Eric and appreciated his in-depth knowledge, transparency, responsiveness and professionalism. (Former EVP)

Basking in the glories of the recent silver linings of an endless array of untrammeled successes in unlocking thousands of Ambazonians embroiled in immigration limbo, I got a photo with Danielle Beach after one of those cases where I stood by as an expert witness. With a law firm strategically located at the nerve center of Washington, DC, this indefatigable woman has been finding the pulse of immigration cases cast into the doldrum because of the backlog, resuscitating them and winning the most challenging to the incredulity of most of her colleagues who will dare not set an eye on those cases nine yards away. Thousands of Ambazonians now have within their reach a pie of the American dream, initially considered a forlorn hope by many, thanks to the astute intervention of this iconic legal luminary. And she has done that with exceeding finesse, style, and above all, an irreproachable work ethic, all desirable traits Ambazonians are enamored of considering the persecutions they suffered in the hands of a rapacious Cameroonian regime. She is much of a legend around the Washington DC metro area as she has devoted her career to searching for the most challenging immigration cases to be resolved and asylum granted to be gotten. The successes are in the zillion; some have pointed out that it would take a sophisticated computational system with a reliable storage capacity to hold the incalculable successes of this great woman in one place. I bet they can say that again! Unfazed by the inherent risks and distance yet emboldened by an unyielding passion for a pragmatics pursuit of justice, she has undertaken the labyrinthine journey to Cameroon on numerous occasions to have a firm grasp of the contextual reality the people of Ambazonia are contending with. Against this backdrop, she is supremely positioned to effusively speak to the issues affecting Ambazonians with a rare streak of mastery, honesty, and authenticity. This disposition invariably makes her interpretation of the law unmatched by many of her competitors, who are undoubtedly divorced from the issues at par and lack her intellectual sophistication, clairvoyance, and assiduousness. But even more, her irresistible propensity to keep up with recent developments and current immigration law scholarship is a bonus that Ambazonians continue to leverage to regularize their status in the United States. For example, she was the first Immigration Attorney to unravel the implications of the designation of Cameroon as a beneficiary of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) by the Department of Homeland Security to a needy Ambazonian populace. From the foregoing, describing this great woman as an antidote to immigration limbo is legally justified and supremely deserved! She deserves an induction to the Ambazonian Hall of Fame.

As the founder of a company that has been in business for more than 22 years, I have worked with many different lawyers and law firms, big and small, with varying degrees of success. But my experience with Mr. Siegel was unique and exceptional. He is smart, focused and highly effective. He is very mindful of time and budget and gets right to the heart of the matter. He clearly cares about his clients and is an extraordinary advocate. I would definitely work with him in the future and highly recommend him.
