Better late than never. It's about time to publicly send my gratitude to both Ms Beach and Mr Abbot for handling my case in the proper manner. Ms Beach's knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is phenomenal. My case was a complicated one but she managed to make it happen and specifically made it looked easy. Yes, frustration might come through the process as sometimes the firm seems to be overwhelmed and my advice in that case is to remain calm and patient. If she retains your case, it means that she is confident that she will make it happen. Her goal is not to extort your money but to assist and see you becoming a lawful permanent resident/citizen of this great country of United State of America. Trust the process.

A waste of time

This is the worst most unprofessional law firm i have seen so far . I paid 300$ for Consultation and I was ready to work with them i then keep calling them for a retainer to no avail it finally took me like 12 days to get to them only for the lady I spoke with to tell me they can't retain me. It's bad how you guys collect people's money and turn them down . Costumer service is extremely bad

Mrs Oswald and her staff are unmatched in expertise and professionalism with immigration law in the DMV .We felt confident and reassured during our entire process with guidance , and were kept informed and updated on our case during the entire time . Communications were always top notch and response time swift . Unique cases such as withholding status being adjusted is a process not many immigration attorneys understand or know how to move forward with . I saw attorney Danielle Beach many many years ago and I have not forgotten her. I didnot write a review then and now have decided to give her one. I have looked to the West, East, North and South and have never met an attorney who goes into it to win. Period. For many attorneys, number 1 they are looking for how much they can make out of you and number 2 , you are just another file/ case number. At Ms. Beach’ s office, everyone is operating in excellence, from the paralegals to the receptionist to the attorneys. She promotes a sprit of excellence and professionalism. No one like her .
