Mr. Trombly was very reliable. He always responded to me promptly and obtained a very favorable result in my case. I have highly recommended him to my friends and colleagues.

Attorney Corrie Ferrini of Alan Lescht & Associates, P.C. is a fierce advocate for whistleblowers and a protector of federal employees. She has shown me great support and advocated on my behalf all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States (Dept. of Homeland Security v. MacLean — 135 U.S. 913 (2015)), where I ultimately prevailed in my case against the TSA. Corrie has never shied away from the challenges presented by the complexities of my case, has always believed in my position and is responsive to my questions. I enthusiastically recommend her to any federal employee involved in a whistleblower retaliation case.

Alan Lestch and Associates received $3500 retainer to represent my case in front of an Administrative Judge for an EEOC case. They had no interest in my case. Charged me $399 an hour for questions like "How do you plan to address my case". I never received an answer to questions. They sent one statement to my house but continued to charge me over the next 6 months without sending 4 additional statements. They spent over $3000 of my retainer fee. I left there with a little over $400 and absolutely nothing to help my case. This law firm does not represent EEOC cases especially if you are still working with a decent salary. They acted like I should be happy to work while being discriminated against. Stay away from this law firm. They are part of the problem, not the solution.

Ken Trombly is a fabulous lawyer who is great in any case but excels at complex cases. He is a zealous and compassionate advocate. His results speak for themselves. You would do well to have him as your attorney.

I asked around and Schultz & Trombly was highly recommended. Now I know why. After being struck and injured by a car while I was walking, my claim was denied by the insurance company. I asked around for legal assistance and Ken Trombly was highly recommended. I contacted his office and received immediate attention. Ken took the time to listen, accepted me as a client, and promptly got to work on my behalf. The hard work, diligence and persistence of his team was evident and thorough, resulting in a favorable and substantial settlement. I have no doubt that they went the extra mile for me. I, too, now highly recommend Schultz & Trombly to anyone who has been seriously injured.

Alan Lescht is an excellent attorney. He is not only reasonable in cost, but personable, and knows the law for employees within the Federal Government, and those with disabilities! At the time of my case, I was in Iowa, and Alan was in DC. To this day, I have never met Alan in person, but I knew I could trust him, after talking with him on the phone. Alan saved me from getting fired from my Federal job. He not only saved my career, but saved me from going bankrupt, losing my house, etc. I am still employed within the Federal Government, and know where to turn to if necessary! Thank you Alan!

Alan and Susan, Thank you again for your help with my claim. I am very happy with the settlement I received and found you both very pleasant and professional to work with. I admire that you put up with my impatience. And I appreciate the patience you showed me during the long process. The first day I met you Alan, I knew I could expect good things from your firm when you told me "Run, don't walk, back to your office and e-mail your EEO officer this exact message". I told myself "He's been around the block a few times". :) Anyway, thank you again for everything you did. Sincerely, B.A.Schwab

Alan Lescht has been my attorney for almost two years in a very challenging and frustrating situation with a federal agency and the MSPB. Alan and his associates have always been extremely professional and patient with me, they have gone well beyond the standard and have carefully advised and represented me. Alan's ability to manage a case in front of an MSPB judge in my view was nothing less than exceptional. He is calm, concise and focused on the key issues of the case that in the end will be the important factors that the decision will rest on. I could not have asked for better representation. Given the choice I would not hesitate to use Alan in the future as well as recommend him to anyone needing federal employment representation. Thank you Alan! - Jim

I was in an auto accident that resulted in several surgeries. I reported the accident to my and the driver at fault's insurance company. My company only tried to sell me more coverage. After faxing the police report to the other driver's insurance, they still held me at fault. It was not until Ken Trombly contacted them on my behalf that they began to change their tune. The case was settled without trail. The claim was settle there were several facts that I learned from Ken Trombly any one in my predicament must bear in mind. 1. In paraphrasing Henry Kett (c 1814). He who acts as his own lawyer, has a fool for a client. Ken Trombly has more than 40 years of experience and it will serve you well. Upon meeting Ken Trombly he is quite assuring that he has been through this many times before. It is his wisdom and experience that make his fee a valued investment. 2. Seldom does any one become rich over night from an automobile lawsuit. The reality is most people carry the bare minimum in auto insurance. Hence your recovery is more than likely going to be limited to the value of their policy. 3. Given fact #2 is where the staff of Ken Trombly , Dan Singer and staff go the extra mile. Dan worked tirelessly with the my medial insurance to minimize my costs. Dan could have easily accepted their fees for service. However he fought and bargained to reduce my medial bills that maximizing my final settlement. Bravo Shultz and Trombly
